Gratitude is an attitude. We may be dealing with stress in our lives, especially at this time. Sometimes it is hard to remember our blessings when dealing with life stressors.
This workshop is designed to give you an approach to life that is a spiritual practice. One that goes beyond an exercise of thankfulness and onwards to a path of Spiritual reflection and acknowledgement of who we are.
