In 2022 I spoke at the VSU about Quantum Uncertainty and the Truth Wars
Quantum Uncertainty is based on the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle whereby we cannot know both the position and speed of a particle, such as a photon or electron, with perfect accuracy; the more we nail down the particle's position, the less we know about its speed and vice versa.

What this means is that facts are a certain way and they can’t change or they don’t change. This leads to an idea that there is an objective reality. A reality separate from ourselves … we see an object outside ourselves … a chair is a chair because we see a chair.
But what we are learning from Quantum physics is that this may not be the case … that there may be something called Subjective Reality.
Subjective Reality builds on the idea that we overlay the uncertainty principle over our reality. So it becomes that you cannot know a fact or what’s truth across different realities of belief.
Leading to people expressing “I don’t know what the truth is anymore”.
So what I know as true is not the same as why you know is true.
I spoke also about how this impacts systems. That is, that as a system grows and evolves it becomes more complex. With complexity and increased size, fractures occur forcing change to happen.
Change happens within social systems because on thing that fractures is Truth. Subjective reality means that there may be times when there may not be agreement on specific topics or truths.
Camps of truth have shaped our idea of reality and even if we are not aware of the influence, our subjective reality is being shaped by the those who determine what can or cannot be shared.
This happens even without our permission.
Advertising, Social Media, Television, Politics are examples of the different camps of truth that have conditioned our expectation of what truth is.
The worldview and social narratives are being shaped by what we consider to be truth. We have a social agreement to forms our reality.
We become the observer of this reality, this paradigm and for the most part our world experience is unified by a shared belief about what’s true.
That the colour blue is blue, that a chair is a chair.
This gives our reality structure and the box we can neatly put our thoughts into.
But this world is currently being challenged.
Neptune just entered Aries for the first time since 1862
Neptune stays in Aries for the next 14 years and during this time it promises to be a time of spiritual ignition, identity rewiring, and divine unrest.
The water planet that rules our dreams, intuition, Spirituality and Collective Unconscious moves into the fire with Aries pushing us to be action-oriented.
This will be the time of the Spiritual Warrior as the Hermit leaves his cave and begins sharing his learning with the world.
The next 14 years will not be a passive time and will call us into action.
Our Spirituality will not be passive and as Andrew Harvey, a christian mystic and author of the book “Radical Regeneration: Sacred Activism and the Renewal of the World” we are being called to dig deep into ourselves and join with other agents of change and become a transforming force of compassion-in-action.
A spiritual warrior does not fight with fists and violence, they instead stand tall in their own truth and spiritual awakening.
Fire (Aries ruled by Mars) is the element used to burn away any false identities or spiritual masks to reveal the hidden.
As mentioned earlier Quantum Uncertainty teaches us what our subjective reality truly means, that we shape our reality through our minds and hearts.
While Neptune is the Veil between this world and the next, Aries is the I AM, bringing clarity out of the chaos.
At the beginning of the year I was given three words to represent the focus this year - Depth, Allowing, and Transcendence.
We are being called to go deep into our awareness of ourselves. To relinquish any busy-ness that keeps us locked in the Dream, the illusion that keeps us seeking but never finding. Pick a path and dive deep into its splendor.
As you go, there will be a time when you must walk the talk and express your truth. There can no longer be a middle ground, you must choose which side your represent - the Egos or Spirits.
Mars is a warrior planet that does not tolerate fools and will expect an answer. This will push people into the dark night of the soul, the shadows that hold all unspoken truths. You must allow this to happen because it is the embracing of the shadow that we see the light.
Remember Rumi’s words “The wound is the place where the light enters”.
The path of Via Negative or "negative way,” helps us recognise that we can find God in the moments when you feel that God is absent.
We are being called to step fully into the Light but first we must travel through the lands overshadowed by darkness. This is a time of cleansing and purification.
We can no longer sit on the fence.
This will result in an internal shift, an awakening to God.

This can only be done by diving deeply into the Shadow so that you may be reborn. In your rebirth you will recognise the illusory nature of reality, that we are co-creators with the Universe.
Fear and Love cannot co-exist in the same experience, the shadow draws us down into fear but the Light brings love fully into our experience.
While we stay in fear we project fear into our experiences.
To help during this time embracing a new thought system will be vital. Adopt a thought system that removes the limitations and controls that tell you who you are, instead embrace a system that allows self-discovery and self-recognition.
Know thyself is the beginning of remembering we are truly a Soul-Self having a physical experience.
A mind in conflict cannot be resolved until one side of the conflict is released. To this end I say, “The self you made can never be your true Self” ACIM W-96. The physical world is the “self you made” (Jungian psychology).
Choose self-expression as a Soul even in the face of the physical world demanding you are a body first.
